June 2012 Live Event Caricature Part II

The 2nd Friday in June found Big Al Caricature drawing in San Carlos and then Livermore.
The San Carlos event was a corporate picnic in a nice woodsy park booked by Innovative Entertainment. Here are a few captures.

The nightcap was Foothill High's Grad Night. This was a new Grad Night for me (I had drawn at it once before, but it was quite awhile ago.)

When it was nearing the end of the night I was drawing them in about a minute per person. This is one of those.

This was the last one of the evening.

The next evening found me at a Grad Party and another Grad Night.

A few from the Grad Party. I enjoy drawing groups. The Grad Party was held at Serenity Stoneworks in Pleasanton a wonderful location for an event.

The Grad Night was for Freedom High School in Oakley. I've drawn here almost every year they've had a grad night. They're always a fun bunch to draw!

2013 started off with an annual event. Big Al Caricature has been drawing at least 5 years there.

June 2012 Live Event Caricature - Part I

June found Big Al at more than 20 events. High School, Middle School, Elementary School and College Events! Weddings, Baby Shower, Corporate Picnics, 1st and 50th Birthdays!

The first event of the month was at Stanford for the Rinc Reunion.

Later that same day Big Al was in Livermore for another long time client, St. Michael School, for their 8th Grade graduate event.

The night cap was a wedding at Bridges Golf course in Danville. These four said they were cousins.

June 2nd found Big Al drawing at a Baby Shower in Walnut Creek at a Skipolini's Pizza.

After the baby shower it was off to San Jose to draw at the Dolce Hayes Mansion for Livermore High School's Senior Ball.

A few days forward and it's another 3 event day. 

The first event of the day was a 5th Grade Grad Party at a swim center.

The 2nd event was a return to Cal State East Bay Concord.

The night cap this time was Bella Vista High's Grad Night at Golfland Sunsplash in Roseville, CA.

I've drawn at this event for quite a few years now.

May 2012 Live Event Caricature

Once again May found me at many repeat events and clients and a few new. A Fry's Health Fair, African Appreciation Day at UC Santa Cruz, 50th Birthday (drawing at lots of 50th Birthday's this year), Cal State East Bay Concord, Proms, High School Grad Nights and an 8th Grade dinner/dance.

Las Lomas Prom at Aquarium of the Bay in SF.

Zach Trenholm and Madalyn Lopez also drew caricatures with me at the prom.

May is the start of Grad Night season and Hughson High has been my first for quite a few years. I've been drawing at Hughson's Grad Night since 2002.

Amador Senior Ball at Craneway Pavilion in Richmond through the Event Group.

I was drawing along side Rasa Vitalia at this event.

St. Patrick School of Marin has had me draw many years at their 8th Grade Graduation celebration.

It's a limited number of students so I do the event in color.
